HYFC Does Not Accept or Issue Refunds For Any Custom Or Personalized Items.
HYFC Does Not Issue Funds for Returns or Exchanges.
HYFC Does Not Replace Orders that Were Addressed Incorrectly or Returned by USPS.
HYFC Does Not Replace Orders that are Lost or Stolen in the Mail.
HYFC Does Not Exchange Products for Refunds.
HYCF Does Not Accept Cancellations due to Quick Turn Around Time.

HYFC Does Replace Lost Orders with Tracking
HYFC Does Accept Exchanges and Returns in the Form of an Account Credit, 'Fuck Bucks', by Approval Only.
HYFC Does Replace Orders that are Damaged with Proof with Video or Picture Sent via Email and with Approval.
HYFC Does Replace Orders that, in odd circumstances, are Incorrect.
HYFC Does Give Freebies to Random Orders, Often Quadrupling the Cards Ordered.
HYFC Does Guarantee High-Quality Cards that are Legible and Clear.

Approved Returns are sent at the expense of the Purchaser. Once received and inspected, a Refund Credit, aka 'Fuck Bucks', will be Given on your Account Only. We Do Not Reissue Funds - Labor is Involved as We Prepare, Print and Package Every Card by Hand When it is Ordered. Account Credit will be Issued within 24 Hours of Return Approval and an Email will be Sent to Confirm.

EXCHANGES:
HYFC Accepts Exchanges on Non-Custom Greeting Cards that are still in the Original Packaging and Have Not Been Used for In-Store Credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging. Once the return has been received and inspected, if approved, a refund credit, aka 'Fuck Bucks', will be issued to your account. If not approved due to damage or not meeting the terms above, no credit will be given and the card will be returned to the purchaser via postage stamp. If you receive a damaged item, you have 2 days from delivery to contact HeresYourFnCard to have them replaced.

LOST PURCHASES STAMPED:
Please contact HYFC at HeresYourFnCard@gmail.com to receive Specific Instructions for your Particular Case. To be Eligible for Order Replacement, Tracking is Required and is at the Expense of the Purchaser. More details are given to Your Specific Situation. No Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit are Given for Lost or Misplaced Packages.

These Cards Were Purchased By Someone Who Knows You and Your Address and Has Purchased a Product from HYFC and had HYFC Address the Order to You. We are a Third Party who is Not Liable for How You Received Your Card, What the Card Says, Nor How the Card Makes You Feel. These are Novelty Cards that were Purchased. We Have No Control How the Card Has Been Conveyed or How it Was Received or if You are Offended. We Do Not Release Any Purchaser Information as that is Illegal - No Matter the Situation or Reason.
