HYCF Does Not Accept Cancellations due to the Quick Turn Around Time as Most Orders go Straight into Production within 24 Hours of Purchase.
HYFC Does Replace Lost Orders with Tracking
HYFC Does Accept Exchanges in the Form of an Account Credit.
HYFC Does Replace Orders that are Damaged with Proof in Video form sent via Email.
HYFC Does Replace Orders that, Under Odd Circumstances, are Wrong.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
HYFC Does Not Accept Exchanges on Custom, Modified Cards or Cards with a Message in them.
HYFC Does Not Exchange Product for Cash or Card Refunds.
An Account Credit is Issued Within 48 Hours of Receiving Exchange.
HYFC Does Accept Exchanges on Non-Custom Greeting Cards that are still in the Original Packaging and Have Not Been Used for In-Store Credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging.
Once the return has been received and inspected, if approved, a refund credit will be issued to your account.
If not approved due to damage or not meeting the terms above, no credit will be given and the card will be returned to the purchaser via postage stamp.
If you receive a Damaged Item, You Have 2 Days from Delivery Date to Contact HYFC to Have them Replaced.
